The Makita 12V Battery Connector Drill Jig ensures that the battery connector screw holes are drilled in the correct spot. It ensure that the connector wires align with the on/off switch hole and the screws don't interfere with the TL internal structure.
WARNING: There are some older TL units where the connector nuts do interfere with the internal structure. Filling a ~1/8" clearance indent in the mid-tier of the internal structure resolves the issue.
